Luxe Luminations offers referral rewards and partnership arrangements through the following paths. Each is governed by the specific terms below.
By submitting a neighbor referral, you confirm you have a good-faith relationship with the person referred and their consent to share their name and address with us for the purpose of contact. Referral rewards ($1 per linear foot, per current program terms) are paid only once the referred project reaches a completed, paid installation — submitting a lead alone does not guarantee payout. Rewards are issued to the referring party via the contact information provided at submission. Luxe Luminations reserves the right to decline or adjust a referral reward at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud, self-referral, or program abuse. Program terms, rates, and eligibility are subject to change without notice and will be confirmed at the time of referral.
Trade partnerships (builders, landscapers, painters, roofers, and related trades) are established at Luxe Luminations' discretion and do not constitute an exclusive, agency, or employment relationship. Any referral compensation or reciprocal arrangement is governed by a separate written partner agreement, not by this Terms of Service page alone.
Real estate professional partnerships are intended for licensed agents and brokers referring residential or commercial clients. Participation does not create an exclusive listing, referral-fee, or agency relationship unless separately documented in writing. Luxe Luminations complies with applicable state real estate referral regulations; any referral fee arrangement with a licensed professional will be confirmed in a separate written agreement as required by law.
HOA and community partnerships are intended to facilitate group or community-wide lighting programs and do not obligate any individual homeowner to purchase services. Community leaders submitting inquiries on behalf of an HOA or neighborhood group confirm they are authorized to share the community's information for this purpose. No referral payout applies to this pathway unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Unless otherwise stated, Luxe Luminations and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website, including our name, logo, photographs, and content. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access material from this website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions in these terms.
