Read the WarrantyThrough year three, or 50,000 hours of operation, we cover replacement parts for defective LEDs and diodes, controller failure, and lens clouding or yellowing. Labor is billed at our standard service rate.
Read the WarrantyAn 18-point service visit every September. All original parts are covered for product failures, with covered replacement labor included. On site within 48 hours when your system goes down.
See the Care PlanLimited warranty for the original purchaser at the original installation address. Weather and impact damage are excluded. Care Plan price covers systems up to 150 feet, then $1.50 per foot.
